The Roanoke Bar Division produces a broad range
of standard carbon-steel merchant bars. These include angles ranging from 1-
to 4-inch; 3-inch and
4-inch channels; flats from 1 to 6 inches wide; strips; and round bars up to
1 inch in diameter. In addition, the Roanoke hot mill produces excess billets
for use at SWVA and for resale to other companies.
