Engineered bar products

The Engineered Bar Products Division produces special-bar quailty (SBQ) bars. Typically they are of high-strength carbon or alloy steel that is custom-formulated to meet specific customer design criteria. Engineered bars are sometimes referred to as “specialty bars.”

Round bars

We produce standard lengths and a wide range of grades of high-quality round bars having diameters from 1-1/2 inches to 9 inches.

Round corner squares (RCS)

Round cornered squares are available in dimensions ranging from 2 to 9 inches and are available in standard lengths.

Engineered Bar Finishing and Testing Services

Finishing services include straightening, turning, and polishing of round bars, plus precision saw-cutting, heat treating, demagging, non-destructive eddy current and roto-bar testing.
