Brief Description:
As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in strategically planning, managing, and executing IT projects within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects, including software, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful implementation of projects on-time, within scope, and within budget, while fostering team development and removing roadblocks along the way.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and facilitate IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee, track, and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and proactively developing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and working sessions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Manage project scopes, costs, tasks, assignments, blockers, milestones.
- Fulfill ScrumMaster responsibilities for sprint teams, facilitating Agile practices and ensuring efficient delivery of software development projects.
Qualifications:
Required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Servant Leader with strong organization, communication, and planning skills
- Proven experience with project management software and methodologies
- Analytical mind and problem-solving abilities
- A team player · Exceptional interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA in IT, Project Management, or relevant field
Preferred
- CSM – Certified Scrum Master
- IT Certifications and/or work history
- Proficient in ITSM & Microsoft Office Suite
