Brief Description:
Coordinate marketing administrative support for projects,
promotion efforts, activities and events with New Millennium
sales & marketing team, as well as industry marketing partners.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate tradeshows and events including schedules, personnel, and materials.
• Coordinate marketing tasks such as product photo procurement, yearly calendar development, website updates, etc.
• Monitor New Millennium social media platforms daily for engagement opportunities.
• Mine data from various sources including broad market and project- specific information for use by the sales & marketing teams.
• Coordinate the lunch & learn program including documentation and issuing of professional credit certificates.
• Coordinate shipping of various items for sales & marketing teams.
• Maintain inventory of literature and apparel/gifts.
• Coordinate and prepare information for updating brochures and catalogs.
Required:
• Highly organized, self-motivated, ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Computer skills for researching marketing metrics and generating reports.
Preferred:
• Marketing and/or sales experience
